Visual Wear & Tear
Inspect main production assets, conveyor belts, rollers, and chains for alignment or excessive wear.
Lubrication Levels
Check sight glasses and automatic greasing units for adequate bearing and gear lubrication.
Abnormal Noise / Vibration
Listen for grinding, high-pitched whining, or heavy vibrations indicating mechanical distress.
Air Compressor Status
Verify operational pressure levels, cycle times, and oil temperatures on central air compressors.
Leak Identification
Listen for audible pneumatic air leaks along main supply lines and tool drops.
Hydraulic Fluids & Seal Integrity
Inspect fluid reservoirs, pumps, and valves for hydraulic oil puddles or weeping seals.
Electrical Sub-Panels
Confirm all high-voltage panel doors are securely closed and unobstructed.
HVAC & Chiller Status
Check temperature gauges and ensure primary air intakes and intake filters are unblocked.
Emergency Lighting & Exits
Ensure exit pathways are clear, signs are illuminated, and safety stations are accessible.
SECTION 4
Walkway Clearances
Forklift lanes and pedestrian walkways free of waste pallets.
Chemical Storage
Stored in designated fire cabinets with legible SDS labels.
Spill Kit Readiness
Fully stocked, unblocked, and strategically placed.
Lockout/Tagout Compliance
Offline machinery properly fitted with locks and tags.
SECTION 5
Monitor to ensure alignment with the 6-hour weekly cap.
